1. Oxford cloth + tin foil
The outside is made of Oxford cloth. The most important feature of this cloth is its sturdiness and tenacity. Can effectively prevent the entry of air. Generally, the insulation time of Oxford cloth is 1 to 3 hours, depending on the external environment and the thickness of the insulation layer. The inner surface of the incubator is mostly tin foil. The tin foil can block the flow of air and concentrate the heat to achieve the effect of heat preservation. The most commonly used takeaway incubator for this kind of thing
2. Environmental EPP
Environmentally friendly EPP is also called polypropylene plastic foam material. It has light specific gravity, good elasticity, shock and compression resistance, high deformation recovery rate, good absorption performance, oil resistance, acid resistance, alkali resistance, various chemical solvents, no water absorption, insulation, and heat resistance (-40～130℃), non-toxic and odorless, 100% recyclable and almost no degradation in performance, it is a truly environmentally friendly foam. It is light and portable, strong and wear-resistant, and has a relatively long heat preservation time, about 3 hours. It is more expensive and can be recycled, suitable for medium and long distance meal delivery. In addition, because of its non-toxicity and high temperature resistance, it is also widely used in food packaging and microwave heating.
